Partner Workout:
1. 1000m Run (Together) + 2000m Row
2. 2000m Bike + 100 Box Jump Over (24/20” – must step down)
3. 20 Barbell Power Cleans (@ 70% of bodyweight) + 600m Run (Together)
4. 1000m Ski + 100 DB Hang Snatch (22.5/15kg)
5. 200m Farmers carry* + 100 wall balls (9/6kg - *P1 can only move when P2 is hanging from a pull up bar)
Complete these 1 by 1 in any order, taking 90 seconds rest between each one.
Rules:
- Must take 60 seconds rest between sections.
- Running can be swapped for Row OR Ski for the same distance, or double distance on the Bike, but only if there is an injury.
- Ideally you run together, and the station cannot start until both partners are finished with the prior movement e.g. run, bike, cleans.
- Scaling weight is encouraged if needed.
