   • All Built For Athletes backpacks come with a 60-day money-back guarantee for your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within this period for a full refund.

2. Standard Backpack Warranty

   • Regular backpacks are covered for manufacturing faults for up to 365 days from the date of purchase.
   • Warranty claims for these backpacks will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
   • Please note that general wear and tear from regular use is expected and not covered under warranty.

3. Pro Series Backpack Warranty

   • Our Pro Series product range is covered by an extended 2-year full warranty.
   • This warranty includes protection against manufacturing defects and damage not caused by improper use.
