At Built For Athletes, we run exclusive competitions and giveaways across our social channels, email marketing (CRM), and the Built For Athletes App. Each competition follows our brand values - fair, transparent, and open to our community of athletes.

Social Competitions

Our social media competitions include any giveaways hosted on official Built For Athletes accounts - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or LinkedIn.

How to Enter

• Entry requirements are outlined in each competition post (e.g. like, follow, tag, share, or comment).
  

• No purchase necessary.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners are chosen at random unless stated otherwise (e.g. best comment or creative entry).

• We’ll contact winners directly via the platform used to enter within 7 days of the competition closing.

• If the winner doesn’t respond within 3 days, another entrant may be selected.

Prize Details

• Prize details and quantities are listed in each competition post.

• No cash alternative will be offered.

• Built For Athletes may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

CRM Competitions

Our CRM competitions are open to customers and subscribers who enter via Built For Athletes email campaigns or web forms.

How to Enter

• Entry is typically via newsletter sign-up, form submission, or other opt-in methods stated in the campaign.

• By entering, you agree to receive Built For Athletes marketing communications (you can unsubscribe anytime).

• One entry per person, unless otherwise specified.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners are randomly chosen from valid entries received before the competition deadline.

• We’ll notify winners via email within 7 days of closing.

• If no response is received within 3 days, a new winner may be chosen.

Prize Details

• Prize information will be displayed on the relevant campaign or landing page.

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

• Built For Athletes reserves the right to change or cancel any CRM competition when necessary.

Data & Privacy

• All personal data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

• By entering, you consent to your name being used for winner announcements where applicable.

App Competitions

These competitions are exclusive to the Built For Athletes App, including app download promotions, challenge-based prizes, or loyalty giveaways.

How to Enter

• Entry instructions are shown within the app or related promotional materials (e.g. download, register, or complete a challenge).

• Entrants must have a valid and active Built For Athletes app account.

• No purchase is necessary unless stated otherwise.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners are selected at random or based on specific challenge criteria (where applicable).

• Winners will be notified by email, in-app message, or push notification.

• Winners must respond within 3 days to claim their prize.

Prize Details

• Prize information will be displayed in the relevant app competition.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Built For Athletes reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or higher value if necessary.

App Download Competition 09/10/25:

Ages 16+. Two winners chosen at random. Manchester HYROX Open category only. App download, subscribe to push notifications & active account required. Tickets non-transferable & non-refundable and once tickets are activated they cannot be changed.

General Terms

• Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18+ unless otherwise stated.

• Employees, agents, or affiliates of Built For Athletes are not eligible to enter.

• Automated or bulk entries are not permitted.

• Built For Athletes is not responsible for late, lost, or incomplete entries.

• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any competition due to circumstances beyond our control.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built For Athletes accepts no liability for loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize use.

• These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

• Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
