We know you are excited to get hold of your new gear, so will do our very best to get it to you as quickly as possible, and keep you informed at each stage in your parcels journey.
You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. You will finally receive emails from us when your parcel is out for delivery, and subsequently, delivered.
In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
You can also use our Help Centre located at the bottom right of our website. If you haven’t heard from us within 2-3 days, please check your email junk folder in case we have fallen into there by mistake.
