Your workout is hard enough - our goal is to make your experience as easy as possible. That’s why we offer a no-hassle 60-day return policy on all orders.

All we ask is that your products are sent back in their original condition (unused and in the original packaging).

How It Works

Using the returns portal is simple:

  1. Log in with your Order Number (include the # at the start) and the email address used at checkout.

  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to Return or Swap.

  3. Print your postage label and attach it to your original packaging.

  4. Drop it off at your nearest Drop-Off Point listed in the portal.

Once we receive and verify your return, your replacement or refund will be processed automatically.

Returns Policy Overview

  • Items must be returned within 60 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with packaging and labels.

  • Refunds are only issued to the original payment method.

  • Orders that included a free gift must return that item if the full order is refunded.

What You Can Return

We understand sometimes things don’t work out. Most items purchased from Built For Athletes can be returned or exchanged within 60 days if they meet the above conditions.

Exceptions:

  • Socks - Returnable only if sealed in their original packaging.

  • Bottles - Non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Personalised items - Cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sample sale - Cannot be return or exchanged and sold as seen. 

If items are returned damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition, a refund will not be issued. All returns are inspected upon receipt.

Refunds

  • Returns are processed within 7 days of arriving at our warehouse.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • For purchases made using a gift card, refunds will be re-applied to the gift card first.

  • Please allow up to 5 additional days for refunds to appear in your account once processed.

Exchanges

Your chosen exchange items will be shipped once the returned items are received and checked back into stock. Please note we’re unable to pre-reserve exchange items.

Pop-Up Stores & Events

Returns from Built For Athletes pop-up stores and events follow the same policy.
To start your return:

  • Contact us and provide your e-receipt to verify your purchase.

  • For cash purchases, refunds are issued via store credit (e-gift card).

  • For card payments, refunds are processed back to the original payment method once proof of purchase is confirmed.

Refunds or store credit are issued after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
