We wanted to let you have a small insight in to how it can feel to exercise without being able to stand up!
So this workout, to be done sitting down, will give you a vey small insight in to how some of our athletes train!
Sitting on a chair, or a weights bench, with one Dumbbell.
5 Rounds
10 Deadlifts (from the floor one side, on to your lap, and to the other side)
10 Cleans
10 Overhead Press
