IT TAKES TWO – Zara's Valentine's Workout

Not everything needs to be shared, but when it comes to burning calories and pushing through reps, having a workout partner can make all the difference. This Valentine’s Day, challenge yourself and your significant other, best friend, or gym buddy with the "It Takes Two" Partner Workout.

Designed in a YGIG (You Go, I Go) format, one partner works while the other rests, making it a fun and motivating way to train together. Scale the weights as needed and push each other to the limit.
