Built For Athletes Christmas 2025 Campaign - Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter
This promotion is organised and operated by Built For Athletes Ltd (‘BFA’).

2. Eligibility
2.1. The promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over worldwide.
2.2. Employees of BFA, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally associated with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
2.3. To qualify, entrants must comply fully with the entry requirements outlined in section 3.

3. How to Enter
To be in with a chance of winning back the value of your order, customers must:
3.1. Place an order with a total value exceeding £100 (or currency equivalent) between 3 December 2025 and 18 December 2025, inclusive.
3.2. Email their order number to teambfa@builtforathletes.com before 23:59 GMT on 18 December 2025.
3.3. Only one entry per qualifying order will be accepted.

3.4. Orders placed outside of this timeframe will not be valid.

4. Prize Details
4.1. Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
4.2. Each winner will receive a refund equal to the full value of their qualifying order (excluding shipping charges or additional services, if applicable).
4.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
4.4. No alternative prize, cash equivalent or substitution will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. Winners will be selected at random on or before 20 December 2025.
5.2. Winners will be contacted via the email address used to submit their order number.
5.3. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, BFA reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. General Conditions
6.1. Orders returned for refund after participation will be considered ineligible and BFA reserves the right to withdraw the prize if necessary.
6.2. BFA accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries.
6.3. BFA reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6.4. BFA’s decision regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Data Protection
7.1. Personal data submitted as part of this promotion (such as email address and order information) will be processed solely for the purposes of administering the promotion.

8. Governing Law
This promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
