Yes. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Making a purchase or completing another qualifying activity will keep your account active.

Rewards can be redeemed on eligible purchases but may not be valid alongside selected promotions, sale items or excluded products. Throughout the year, we may also run exclusive member promotions where eligible loyalty tier members can stack rewards with selected offers.

If you return an order for a refund, any points earned from that purchase will be removed from your Rewards balance.
