Running session -
Warm up - 2km conversational pace, into:
Walking lunge + twist x 10
Straight-leg kicks x 10/leg
Deep squat hold x 20 sec
High knees x 20m
A-skips x 20m
Glute bridge x 10 + Plank shoulder taps x 10/side
Main session - 8 x 1000m @threshold pace, with a 1 minute easy paced recovery jog between efforts.
Cool down - 2km conversational pace
