  • 25 Butterfly Sit-Ups

AMRAP 2:

  • 25m Sled Pull

  • 100m Farmer’s Carry

  • 10 Burpee Broad Jumps

AMRAP 3:

  • 250m Ski

  • 250m Row

  • 250m Run


Finisher

  • 100m Walking Lunges

  • Weights used should match HYROX event standards.
