Returns are normally processed within 7 days of arriving at our warehouse. Once processed, refunds can take up to 5 additional working days to appear in your account.

Standard backpacks are covered for up to 365 days against manufacturing faults.
Pro Series and Elite backpacks include a 2-year warranty when registered.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use or product modifications.

If your item arrives damaged, submit a return request and select "Damaged Item Received".
Our team will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
