December Conditioning Workout: HYROX & CrossFit Twist

Another great way to get ahead before the new year starts is to add in additional conditioning workouts to help torch calories, build your endurance, and allow you to have fun doing it.

We’ve created a workout with a HYROX and CrossFit twist – tackle it solo or with a partner!


For Time:

  • 1000m Row or 1200m Run
  • 50 Wall Balls (9/6kg)
  • 50 DB Deadlifts (22.5/15kg)
  • 25 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20”)
  • 100m Farmers Carry (24/16kg)
  • 25 Calorie Ski Erg
  • 25 GTOH (Ground to Overhead) (20/15kg plate)
  • 50 Sit Ups
  • 500m Row or 600m Run

Partner Option

Work as a team to complete the workout, sharing the reps.

  • Complete the erg meters, cals, and/or running at the same time as your partner, running together or with a machine each.
  • Double the reps on the movements.
  • Don’t opt for huge sets as this will lower the intensity. Opt for quick changes and push the pace!
