Season Structure by Division:
Individuals
- The Open: Kicks off the season, requiring all CrossFit Games hopefuls to participate.
- Quarterfinals: A virtual stage where the top 25% from each region advance, a significant increase from previous years.
- Semifinals: The top 40 men and women from each region compete in person.
- The CrossFit Games: The ultimate showdown for the fittest, featuring the top 40 men and women globally in Fort Worth, Texas, from Aug. 8-11, 2024.
Teams
- The Open: CrossFit affiliates can register teams consisting of at least two men and two women.
- Quarterfinals: Top 25% of teams move forward to the next stage.
- Semifinals: The top 30 teams from each region compete in person.
- The CrossFit Games: The Fittest Team on Earth will be crowned in Fort Worth, Texas.
Masters
