Built For Athletes x RJ Coaching: HYROX Race-Weight Workouts

The HYROX season kicks off next week. To help you sharpen your preparation, we’ve partnered with RJ Coaching to deliver three workouts programmed at official HYROX race weights. These sessions replicate competition standards and are designed to get you race-ready when it matters most.


Workout A – E14MOMx4 (Race Weight)

A conditioning test that blends endurance and functional strength, built on HYROX movement standards.

Every 14 minutes, complete 4 rounds:

  • 1000m Run

  • 500m SkiErg

  • 40m Sled Push 

  • 30 x Wall Balls 

  • 25m Burpee Broad Jumps

  • 100m Farmers Carry

 


Workout B – RJC 4x4 

An endurance session to mirror the cardiovascular demand of HYROX race day.

Complete:

  • 4km Run

  • 4km Concept2 Bike

  • 4km SkiErg

  • 4km Row

Rules: Split any way you want. Can you keep it under an hour?


Workout C – EMOM 40 

Every minute on the minute for 40 minutes:

  1. Max Calories SkiErg

  2. Max Burpee to SkiErg

  3. Max Wall Balls (6kg men / 4kg women)

  4. Rest
