The CrossFit Open 2024 kicks off on February 22nd and runs through March 28th. Each week, a new workout will be announced on Thursdays, and athletes will have until the following Monday to complete the workout and submit their scores online. Workouts are typically released at 5 p.m. PT, and athletes have until 5 p.m. PT on the following Monday to submit their scores.
