Get Festive with the HYROX 12 Days of Christmas Workout!

Get into the holiday spirit with this 12 Days of Christmas HYROX Edition Workout! Inspired by the classic carol, this festive fitness challenge combines functional exercises to keep you in top shape during the holiday season.

How It Works:

The workout follows the format of the song:

  1. Start with Day 1.
  2. Then do Day 2 and repeat Day 1.
  3. Next, tackle Day 3, followed by Day 2 and Day 1.
  4. Continue adding each new "day" while repeating all previous ones until you complete the full 12 days.

HYROX 12 Days of Christmas Workout

Day 1: 10 x Wall Balls @ race weight
Day 2: 20 seconds of Stationary Burpees
Day 3: 3 x Sandbag Cleans (race weight)
Day 4: 4 x Bodyweight or Banded Pull-Ups
Day 5: 500m Run @ race pace
Day 6: 6 x Dumbbell Snatch (each side) 12.5kg / 17.5kg
Day 7: 7 x Row Calories
Day 8: 8 x Push-Up to Renegade Row (4 each side) 7kg / 15kg
Day 9: 9 x Box Jumps @ 18" / 20" / 24" box
Day 10: 10m Sled Push @ race pace
Day 11: 11 x Med Ball Sit-Ups (4kg / 9kg)
Day 12: 12 x Assault Bike Calories
