EMOM36 Challenge - Can you beat the clock?

Tips from Zara:
The idea behind an EMOM (every minute on the minute) is you perform an exercise for a certain number of reps / cals every minute, on the minute. Not only are they great if you're time poor but also if you're looking to hit an intense, high-volume workout. You can use EMOM's to encourage the body to experiment with different paces, cadences and efficiencies to hit the required reps within the time-frame. I love using EMOM's to test my work capacity and ability to recover and I've found them particularly useful when gearing up for HYROX doubles, where it mimics the short, sharp bursts of intensity followed by short rest periods within a race.
