MASTER YOUR WALL BALLS

Here’s Team BFA's @grahamhalliday_’s top wall ball tips to help you during your HYROX training.

Body Positioning:
👉Catch at chin or upper chest height
👉Always look at the target
👉Position into squat stance - Feel free to reposition when you’re feeling tired in this stance (wider/closer etc)

Breathing:
👉Breathe in as the ball comes towards you, breathe out as you stand up and repeat

Mentality:
👉Have a rough number in your head and really fight with yourself until you get to that number
👉Remember this is your last section. This is the final few moments of pain. You can either suck it up or spend more time in pain!
